The implementation of the project required precision in the structural design and adaptation to the existing industrial infrastructure on the site. At the same time, the need for continuous operation of the factory during construction imposed strict scheduling and safe site management.
Achieving natural lighting and ventilation across all three levels was also a key design challenge.

Aluminum thermal-break frames, energy-efficient glass façades, and air conditioning were incorporated, creating a space that provides comfort for employees while reducing the company’s energy footprint.
